Kyshawn George and Bilal Coulibaly lead the way in Wizards dominant victory over Raptors.

The Washington Wizards start off their three game home stand in dominant fashion, with a 138-117 win over the Toronto Raptors on Friday night.

Washington was led by their young wing duo of Kyshawn George and Bilal Coulibaly, who combined for 44 of Washingtons 138 points.

George paved the way early for Washington with 18 points in the first half, finishing the game with 23 points, six rebounds and three assists on 9/13 shooting and 3/5 from three. The sophomore wing has now scored 20 or more points seven times this season.

Coulibaly had his best game of the season in this matchup, scoring 21 points, grabbing eight rebounds, three steals and a block on 8/14 shooting from the field. Coulibaly used his athleticism and quick first step to get downhill with ease. The 21 year old wing now has consecutive games scoring in double figures.

Big man Alex Sarr had another strong game tonight for Washington, scoring 15 points on 7/9 shooting, along with three blocks. Another strong game defensively for Sarr.

“Every time I see him, I see that he’s maturing as a player and getting better," said Toronto Raptors Head Coach Darko Rajakovic on Sarr.

Sarr's growth this season has been encouraging for Wizards fans, and other coaches around the league are starting to catch on.

Sophomore guard Carlton "Bub" Carrington poured in 15 of his own, along with four assists and four rebounds on 5/8 shooting and 4/7 from deep.

After a poor start to his sophomore season, Carrington has finally found his stride. In his last 10 games, Carrington is averaging 14 points, 4.4 assists and 4.3 rebounds on 45.6/43.1/69.2 shooting splits.

Carrington's progression as a three point shooter has been extremely promising this season, and you can see his confidence on the court growing every game.

CJ McCollum contributed in a big way tonight with 21 points on 8/16 shooting.

Rookie Tre Johnson III had another strong game with 12 points on 50% shooting. Johnson showed flashes of his upside as a pick and roll ball handler, something that Wizards fans have been waiting on all season.

The core four of Sarr, George, Carrington and Coulibaly were dominant in this victory, giving Wizards fans a glimpse of what could be in store for the future.

Washington has a respectable 3-3 record in their last six games, with wins over Toronto, Memphis and Indiana.

The Wiz Kids are back in action on Sunday where they will host the Memphis Grizzlies at Capital One Arena.
