Alabama’s rematch against Vanderbilt carries so much weight, that the Crimson Tide are welcoming all of their top recruits.

Tuscaloosa will be loaded with some of the more gifted recruits in the country, 14 of them have already committed to Alabama.

Overall there will be four five-stars, seven four-stars, and three three-stars on campus.

So, let’s get an early look at the future of this program.

    Xavier Griffin, LB, Five-Star

If other programs didn’t get the memo, Xavier Griffin is all in on the Tide.

He was the eighth ranked player in the nation, first out of all linebackers, and first out of the state of Georgia.

Griffin has proven to be a dominant force in any facet of the game. He can drop off in coverage or rush the passer at a quick rate.

Like most high schoolers, Griffin will need some time to grow into his body, but he sees the game incredibly well and is already gifted athletically.

    Jorden Edmonds, CB, Five-Star

Just an overall impressive athlete with tremendous length.

Alabama secured the best player in Georgia in Griffin, why not the second best in Edmonds?

There isn’t anything about Edmonds that dazzles you, but as a defender, you just need players to get the job done the right way.

But as we continue to see more two-way players in football, Edmonds has tested it out with playing wide receiver as well. And he's doing a good job at it.

However, it's likely that he'll mainly be a cornerback.

With his length, he should continue to develop as an elite ball protector and given how fluid he is on the field, there’s no reason to believe that Edmonds won’t be an impact player early on.

    Cederian Morgan, WR, Five-Star

Morgan gave Bama fans a scare a few weeks ago after he posted on X a picture of him and Colorado coach Deion Sanders, while he was on a visit in Boulder.

However, perhaps it’ll give you solace to know that Morgan, the top-ranked prospect in the state of Alabama, has built an impactful relationship with wide receiver coach JaMarcus Shepard.

We at Roundtable, covered him more in depth a few weeks ago.

    Jireh Edwards, S, Five-Star

Edwards is one of the more intriguing players on this list just because of his versatile skillset.

He, along with Griffin are all in, and has shut down further recruitment.

On top of being one of the better athletes in his class, he possesses elite instincts that helps him gain ground on any yardage lost. Along with that he isn’t afraid to throw the body around which is always a nice addition to any secondary.

He can likely be used in any situation, but don’t be surprised if he stays on as a safety.

    Ezavier Crowell, RB, Four-Star

Crowell has a lot of intrigue just because it’s been quite a bit since Alabama had a difference maker in the backfield.

It seems like Crowell can be just that guy.

Originally a member of the 2027 class, he reclassified to make an earlier trip to the next level.

Alabama fans may fall in love with Crowell with his shiftiness, elite speed, and ability to make defenders miss.

    Other recruits:

Beyond the five that we mentioned, it’s impossible to ignore the likes of DB Zyan Gibson, DL Nolan Wilson, EDGE Jamarion Matthews, OL Chris Booker, as well as a pair of 2027 commits in IOL Jatori Williams, and EDGE Jabarrius Garror.

Head coach Kalen DeBoer has done an incredible job at maintaining the idea to recruits that Tuscaloosa is the place to be if you want to extend your career.

Now it’s the team’s job to show it on the field.

Kickoff is at 3:30 p.m. ET / 2:30 CT, broadcasting on ABC.
