

The top five teams in the country have continued to shuffle around but the Arizona Wildcats keep fighting to hold onto the number one spot. A perfect record still intact and no signs of slowing down, the Wildcats continue to get better as the season goes on.
Arizona is now 16-0 and collected 60 out of the 61 first-place votes in the most recent AP poll after Michigan's upset loss to Wisconsin. The lone vote for first place went to Iowa State actually.
This latest update of the AP Poll makes it six consecutive weeks for the Wildcats at number one. The run ties for the second longest in program history, trailing only an eight-week stretch during the 2013-2014 season.
The other four teams all got shuffled around and not the Iowa State Cyclones rise to the number two position as they remain unbeaten as well just not with the top tier victories that Arizona has.
UConn Huskies climb into the number three spot as they have had some signature wins as of recent.
Even though the Michigan Wolverines has a sad loss to the Wisconsin Badgers they still stay in the top five but falling from the two spot to the fourth spot with one loss now.
The final team in the top five is Purdue, after being in the top position at the beginning of the season, the Boilermakers still hanging in there and proving they belong.
For the Arizona Wildcats to continue to hold onto the number one spot in the poll they are going to be required to uphold perfection. Staying unbeaten and poised in upcoming conference play is necessary to continue to stay on top.
