Following their third 90-point game of the season, something they have accomplished each time they have stepped on the floor so far this season, the No. 22 Auburn Tigers cruised to victory over the Wofford Terriers inside Neville Arena on Tuesday, Nov. 11.
When the final buzzer sounded, Auburn had come out on top by a score of 93-62.
While the first few minutes of the contest were tightly contested, it didn't take long for the Tigers to pull ahead. After Elyjah Freeman hit a pair of free-throws to even the score with 17:26 remaining in the first half, however, Auburn never let Wofford take another lead.
The Tigers used two seven-point runs and a six-point run to build their lead. By halftime, it had been built to 18.
This dominance by Auburn continued after the break, and it finished the night with its second-biggest win of the season as a result.
Multiple members of the Tigers contributed to their offensive success. Freeman led the way with 21 points, Keyshawn Hall — who led the team in rebounds with 11 and in assists with six — followed closely with 20. Kevin Overton also crossed the double-digit threshold with 13 points.
Auburn shot 36-of-71, 50.7%, from the field, 9-of-27, 33.3%, from 3-point range and 12-of-18, 66.7% from the free-throw line.
