    Auburn basketball is heading into its toughest matchup of the season so far. Here is everything needed for Auburn's game against Houston.

    Coming off a 93-62 home win over Wofford that improved their record to 3-0 on the season, the No. 22 Auburn Tigers will look to add another tally to the win column by picking up a victory over the No. 1 Houston Cougars in Birmingham on Sunday afternoon.

    Houston is 3-0 on the season and coming into this contest after picking up an 78-45 win over Oakland at home last week.

    The Tigers will be looking to keep their winning ways alive in the first year of the Steven Pearl era and keep building momentum with an important trip to Las Vegas coming up during the week of Thanksgiving.

    This will be the second-ever meeting between Auburn and Houston. The Tigers lead the series 1-0 all-time. Auburn earned an 74-69 win over Houston when the two sides had their first meeting. The game took place on Nov. 9, 2024, at the Toyota Center in Houston.
