Keyshawn Hall responds to praise from Texas coach Sean Miller cover image

Auburn's star recieved praise from one of the game's top coaches.

The Auburn Tigers earned a comeback win over the Texas Longhorns at home inside Neville Arena on Wednesday night, and Keyshawn Hall was one of the main reasons Auburn managed to get the job done.

After the game, Texas head coach Sean Miller praised Hall for his performance in the game.

Hall appreciated the complement from Miller, and returned the favor by giving one of his own when he took the mic during the postgame press conference.

"Coach Miller is a great coach," Hall said. "I have been watching him for a minute now, so I really appreciate that from him. That is big time, and I am happy he sees it because a lot of people still do not see it. I do not know why, but it is what it is, but I am not even going to worry about the individual stuff because we are going to keep trying to win and keep trying to roll right now."

After having a rocky start to SEC play, the Tigers have picked up four wins in a row and have built a lot of momentum heading into an important road matchup against Tennessee on Saturday.

Hall has seen a considerable amount of growth in the team this season, and he is looking forward to seeing the continued progression from the squad as the season continues to go along.

"We are streaking right now, but like I told you guys at the beginning of the year, once we get high, it is going to keep rolling," Hall said. "So we just have to keep getting better as a team, staying consistent every day."

Hall and the Tigers return to action on Saturday, Jan. 31 for the crucial road game against Tennessee. Tipoff is set for 7:30 p.m. CT, and ESPN will carry the television broadcast.
