As the undefeated Cougars prepare for a high-stakes showdown in Salt Lake City, star rusher LJ Martin’s absence from the roster headlines a shuffle in the rotation.
The No. 7 BYU Cougars released an updated depth chart for the Week 10 matchup against the No. 3 Utah Utes.
The biggest news is LJ Martin wasn't added to the current list. Not to say his name could be removed on Wednesday's availability report, which is released by the Big 12. But as of right now, last year's Offensive Player of the Year remains on the sideline. If Martin is unavailable, BYU will be searching for ways to replace his production for another week.
There were a few adjustments after the win over Arizona State. Tiger Bachmeier was added as a backup at another special team position. With Evan Johnson is dealing with an injury, the brother of Bear Bachmeier is now a third-string kick returner.
We'll see Kalani Sitake's team can pull off the huge rivalry win on the road in Salt Lake City. Here's a look at the latest BYU football depth chart.
