Clemson will play its final game of the season in the Pinstripe Bowl when it meets the Nittany Lions in Yankee Stadium on Dec. 27.
And ahead of the matchup, it was revealed who would be a part of the broadcast. That crew taking the call will include Taylor McGregor (sideline reporter), Dusty Dvoracek (color analyst) and Dave Pasch (play-by-play).
That same gang was all together for the Penn State vs. Ohio game during September of 2022, coincidentally. That clash was aired on ABC, and ended in a lopsided 46-10 victory by the Nittany Lions over the Bobcats.
This, despite Clemson suffering some 27 opt-outs so far due to either injury or players looking to avoid injury ahead of the 2026 NFL Draft, should be a much more competitive matchup considering the closed gap in terms of level of talent.
Even with his highly shaken up depth chart that features a lot of less familiar faces at the top of multiple different position groups, head coach Dabo Swinney seems to have all the confidence in world that his group can get the job done.
“It’s next man up... Excited to see these guys step up and go play and man, I’m fired up," Swinney said when he met with the media earlier in the week. “We’re not worried about who opted out, we’re focused on who opted in. If I didn’t mention their name, they’re all here.”
Here's a look at those players who did opt in and where they stand. Perhaps the most notable storyline concerning players who did not opt out is Cade Klubnik.
The signal-caller recently accepted an invite to the East-West Shrine Bowl, and is considered a Wild Card prospect ahead of the draft. Klubnik started off the season largely as the No. 1 quarterback in the rankings and for some, was even the No. 1 prospect in all of college football preseason.
He'll have a chance to boost his stock in this game and with the offseason opportunities afforded to him.
Clemson and Penn State are set to kick off at noon ET on Dec. 27 in Yankee Stadium.
