The Clemson Tigers have added another four-star offensive lineman to their 2027 class.

The Clemson Tigers continue to bring in recruits for their 2027 class as four-star offensive lineman Luke Starcevic has committed to the program.

Starcevic joins JJ Brown as the second offensive tackle to commit to the Tigers on Monday. Starcevic committed to Clemson over Notre Dame and Kansas State.

"The way they run their program. Everything they do reflects mine and my family's beliefs and they check every box," Starcevic said.

Offensive line coach Matt Luke has played a major role in helping Clemson land multiple additions on their offensive line.

"I really liked the people there," Starcevic said. "They were awesome and have a great culture. Also very excited about the vision Coach Luke has for me."

Other schools recruited Starcevic as both a defensive end and a tight end, but he chose to join the Tigers as an offensive tackle.

Luke has a great track record of developing tackles, including Blake Miller, whom the Detroit Lions selected with the 17th overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft after four years at Clemson.

The Tigers' recruiting of late has been phenomenal and much-needed after going 7-6 in the 2025 season.

Head coach Dabo Swinney has consistently had his team among the best in college football, but they struggled despite having a ton of talent on the roster last season.

Swinney has been aggressive in making changes, hiring Chad Morris as the offensive coordinator and Rich Bisaccia as the special teams coordinator, while utilizing the transfer portal and recruiting a strong 2027 class.

While they have high hopes for the future with their recruiting class, they want to bounce back in the 2026 season.

That leaves the Tigers relying on quarterback Christopher Vizzina despite his limited experience. Vizzina has completed 64 of 105 passes (61 percent) for 596 yards, four touchdowns, and an interception across 2024 and 2025.

While Clemson still has an uphill climb to win the ACC and get to the College Football Playoff in 2026, they have promise for the future with the landing of recruits like Starcevic.
