This underrated Clemson Tigers star has received an eye-catching outlook before the NFL Draft.

For a team that was such a complete and utter disappointment this past season, the Clemson Tigers sure have a lot of players expected to fly off the board in the early rounds of the NFL Draft.

One such player is offensive tackle Blake Miller, whose stock has skyrocketed in recent weeks. Viewed as a Day 2 talent earlier in the season, Miller is even generating some first-round buzz with the draft just days away.

In fact, Bucky Brooks of NFL.com has labeled Miller a "red star" prospect, a player that will be a major difference-maker in the league regardless of where he lands.

"The talented technician enters the league with 54 career starts and 3,778 offensive snaps on his résumé," Brooks wrote. "As a team captain with polished footwork and nearly flawless fundamentals, Miller is a mature player with the traits and intangibles to step in as a Day 1 starter. Additionally, he brings a scheme-friendly game, enabling him to seamlessly transition into zone-based or gap scheme systems. Given how hard it is to find plug-and-play edge blockers in any class, Miller’s experience, consistency and tenacity give him a chance to make a 10-year run as a starter."

Miller had a very decorated career at Clemson.

The 6-foot-7, 315-pound behemoth arrived at Clemson in 2022 and was immediately named a full-time starter. He went on to entrench himself as the Tigers' right tackle and was named First-Team All-ACC in each of his last two collegiate campaigns. He also earned a Third-Team All-ACC selection in 2023.

Miller also put together a very impressive showing at the Scouting Combine, finishing second in total score among tackles at NFL.com.

Given his blend of size and athleticism, the 22-year-old could ultimately become a Day 1 starter in the NFL and has the potential to become a Pro Bowl-caliber player.

There are definitely a lot of good tackles in this year's draft class, but if Miller ended up becoming the best of the bunch, I'm not sure anyone would end up surprised at this point.

The general consensus is that Miller will get selected sometime between the late first round early second round later this week.
