This Clemson Tigers wide receiver has earned himself some significant recognition.

Following the 2025 college football season, Clemson Tigers fans were wondering what would become of wide receiver T.J. Moore, who had just completed his second impressive campaign for the team.

Moore hauled in 52 receptions for 837 yards and four touchdowns this past year, averaging a hefty 16.1 yards per catch.

In an offense that included Antonio Williams (as well as Bryant Wesco, whose season ended early due to a scary neck injury), Moore emerged as the top option and has put himself in position to be a potential first-round draft pick next spring.

However, following his standout showing in 2025, there had been speculation that Moore could bolt via the transfer portal, especially with so much uncertainty at quarterback following Cade Klubnik's departure to the NFL.

Ultimately, the 6-foot-3, 200-pound playmaker decided to stay at Clemson, a massive boon for a Tigers offense that struggled this past season.

In a piece where Brad Crawford of CBS Sports named the most impactful re-signings of the offseason, Moore made the list.

"One of two standout pass-catchers the Tigers could've lost this offseason, Moore waited to see Clemson's plan at quarterback and the program's OC hire of Chad Morris before announcing his return on Jan. 6," Crawford wrote. "Moore finished with 52 catches for 837 yards and four touchdowns as a sophomore before making a couple of social media posts insinuating that he was flirting with leaving."

Had Moore entered the portal, he unquestionably would have been one of the most sought-after wide receivers in the country, but thankfully, he is opting to spend what will probably be his final collegiate campaign at Clemson.

Moore arrived at Clemson in 2024 and caught 45 passes for 651 yards and five scores during his freshman season, immediately establishing himself as a viable weapon.

With Williams now headed to the pros, it stands to reason that Moore could become a 1,000-yard receiver next season. Of course, much of that will depend on whether or not Christopher Vizzina or Chris Denson — whoever is playing quarterback — can properly get him the ball.

But there is no question that Moore is one of the most talented wide outs in the nation.
