Former Clemson Tigers star running back Travis Etienne has received a major NFL ranking.

Former Clemson Tigers star running back Travis Etienne has landed as the 96th-ranked player on the NFL's 2026 Top 100 Players list.

This is the first time that Etienne has made it on the NFL's Top 100 list. The 27-year-old running back had a productive 2025 season for the Jacksonville Jaguars, rushing for 1,107 yards and seven touchdowns, along with 36 receptions for 292 yards and six touchdowns.

He was a key piece of the Jaguars' offense as they made the postseason. In their Wild Card matchup against the Buffalo Bills, Etienne played well, rushing for 67 yards on 10 carries while catching five passes for 49 yards and a touchdown.

He will now join the New Orleans Saints in 2026 as he inked a four-year, $48 million deal with them in free agency.

Etienne had a productive four seasons with the Tigers. In his freshman season, he rushed for 766 yards and 13 touchdowns on 107 carries while hauling in five receptions for 57 yards.

In his sophomore campaign, Etienne had a phenomenal season, rushing for 1,658 yards and 24 touchdowns, and 12 receptions for 78 yards and two touchdowns.

He played at a high level again in his junior year, rushing for 1,614 yards and 19 touchdowns while catching 37 receptions for 432 yards and four touchdowns.

He was an All-American in his senior season, rushing for 914 yards and 14 touchdowns along with 48 receptions for 588 yards and two touchdowns.

Following his stellar career with the Tigers, including a National Championship and two ACC Player of the Year awards, Etienne was drafted by the Jaguars with the 25th overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.

He is a great running back with the ability to be impactful as both a rusher and receiver. While he'll no longer be playing alongside his Clemson teammate Trevor Lawrence in Jacksonville, Etienne will look to continue to establish himself as one of the best running backs in the league.
