The Clemson Tigers will have many NFL teams in attendance for their matchup against the LSU Tigers.

The Clemson Tigers will host the LSU Tigers in a highly anticipated Week 1 matchup on Saturday. With a ton of talent on both teams, 17 NFL teams will be in attendance for the game.

Clemson is looking for a bounce-back year after going 7-6 in the 2025 season, while LSU is ushering in a new era under head coach Lane Kiffin.

Kiffin comes in with a ton of success over the last six years at Ole Miss, leading them to a 55-19 record. With him at the helm and all of the talent he has brought to the Tigers, LSU comes into the season as the 11th-ranked program.

Dabo Swinney and the Clemson Tigers are unranked after a disappointing season, but have the talent on the roster to become ranked during the season and compete for an ACC Title.

It will start with their new quarterback, Christopher Vizzina, who is taking over for Cade Klubnik, who is off to the NFL. Vizzina hasn't had much experience on the field sitting behind Klubnik, as he's completed 64 of 105 passes (61 percent) for 596 yards, four touchdowns, and an interception.

Vizzina has also rushed for 109 yards and a touchdown on 38 carries. If he plays at a high level under new offensive coordinator Chad Morris, it will go a long way toward the Tigers being a competitive team in the 2026 season.

With Clemson playing in front of NFL teams, a lot of eyes will be on 2027 NFL Draft prospects like wide receiver Bryant Wesco Jr., linebacker Sammy Brown, and cornerback Ashton Hampton.

Wesco has hauled in 72 receptions for 1,245 yards and 11 touchdowns in 19 games in his first two years with the Tigers. He will be a pivotal weapon for Clemson's offense this season.

Brown will be a leader for the Tigers on defense, as he recorded 106 total tackles, 13.5 tackles for loss, five sacks, five pass deflections, an interception, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery in the 2025 season.

Behind Brown in the secondary, Hampton is making his impact, as he had 45 total tackles, three tackles for loss, a sack, nine pass deflections, and an interception.

Swinney and Clemson will look to play at a high level in their first game of the season, facing a tough opponent in LSU, while their top players will be scouted by NFL personnel.
