Several Clemson Tigers Predicted To Land on All-ACC Team

The Clemson Tigers are entering a pivotal 2026 season after struggling in 2025. Clemson went 7-6 and missed out on the College Football Playoff, despite expectations of being a contender to win the National Championship entering the season.

However, there is hope as the Tigers have some talent on the roster. In Athlon Sports' All-ACC Teams for the 2026 season, Clemson had 11 players earn All-ACC Honors. They had the third-most players of any team in the conference, behind the Miami Hurricanes with 17 and the Louisville Cardinals with 12.

Clemson had four players make it on the All-ACC First Team with Will Heldt, Sammy Brown, Ashton Hampton, and Bryant Wesco Jr.

They had two players on the All-ACC Second Team with TJ Moore and Nolan Hauser, and five players on the All-ACC Third Team with Jahiem Lawson, Jerome Carter II, Harris Sewell, Brayden Jacobs, and Gideon Davidson.

The Tigers will be leaning on Wesco Jr., Moore, and Davidson as key pieces of the offense. Clemson is making a transition at the quarterback position, with Cade Klubnik off to the New York Jets and either Christopher Vizzina or Tait Reynolds taking over for the Tigers.

With the quarterback change and a new play-caller, Chad Morris coming in, Clemson will lean on their weapons to carry the roster.

Wesco Jr. has been solid in his two years with the Tigers, as he hauled in 41 receptions for 708 yards and five touchdowns in 2024 and 31 receptions for 537 yards and six touchdowns in 2025.

Moore has also been a weapon for Clemson's passing attack, with 45 receptions for 651 yards and five touchdowns in 2024 and 52 receptions for 837 yards and four touchdowns in 2025.

While Wesco Jr. and Moore look to be impactful weapons on the outside, Davidson will look to be dynamic out of the backfield.

Davidson will take on a bigger role for the Tigers this season after rushing for 260 yards on 60 carries (4.3 yards per carry) and hauling in 11 receptions for 93 yards in his freshman campaign.

Clemson had a rough season in 2025, but they have the talent on the roster to bounce back in 2026.
