Former Duke player Marques Bolden waived by Warriors

Wednesday afternoon the Golden State Warriors waived former Duke player Marques Bolden. He was signed on Sept. 29, right before training camp and played a fistful of minutes in the preseason games. There is a substantial likelihood that Bolden will play for the Santa Cruz Warriors in the G League and develop his skills.

Head coach Steve Kerr and the Golden State Warriors made two roster moves on Wednesday as they waived Marques Bolden and Trevion Kinsey. The pair were signed to non-guaranteed contracts on Sept. 29, the first day of training camp. The news of the moves was announced by Warriors PR on social media.
