The No. 21 Florida Gators are set play their biggest game of the season so far when they host No. 4 Ole Miss on Saturday at "The Swamp."
The Gators are 3-0, and a win over the Rebels would firmly put Florida in the College Football Playoff conversation before October. Florida earned its first SEC win in Week 3 with a 44-39 win over Auburn, which was a huge momentum builder for first-year head coach Jon Sumrall.
The Rebels had their Week 3 contest circled on their calendar ever since the SEC released the schedule for 2026. Ole Miss earned revenge over former head coach Lane Kiffin when it beat LSU 32-24 in Oxford.
The Gators will enter the contest favored, thanks to the idea Ole Miss might suffer a letdown coming after an emotionally charged win in Week 3.

Jadan Baugh has a 150-yard game
Running back Jadan Baugh has been dynamic through the first three games for the Gators. He's averaging 8.5 yards per carry, gaining 458 yards and scoring eight touchdowns on 54 carries.
Baugh was expected to be one the best, if not best running backs in college football this year. He's showing it so far, but will face a tougher defense on Saturday.
Florida's offense is running through Baugh, and that will continue against Ole Miss. Expect Baugh to be a force on Saturday and add at least 150 yards to his rushing total for the season. For Florida to win, Baugh is going to need to pass the century mark on the ground and add a couple of scores.
Aaron Philo throws two interceptions
Aaron Philo has had a strong start to the season, throwing for 721 yards, six touchdowns and two interceptions. He put up more pedestrian numbers against Auburn, throwing for 204 yards, one touchdown and one interception.
Philo doesn't need to be perfect against Ole Miss to win this game. He'll likely force a throw or two on Saturday. How Philo responds to making mistakes against a good defense will show whether Florida can contend for the CFP.
