This Florida Gators standout has learned a major comparison before the NFL Draft.
The Florida Gators do not have a whole lot of top-tier talent heading into the NFL Draft this year, and the gem of their class, defensive tackle Caleb Banks, is currently nursing a broken foot for the second time in six months.
However, Florida does have a couple of sleepers who could potentially make some noise on the professional level, and one of them is cornerback Devin Moore.
Moore is coming off of a 2025 campaign in which he posted 35 tackles, a sack, a couple of interceptions and four passes defended. He underwent groin surgery back in December, but still participated in the Scouting Combine and was fairly impressive.
Now, the unique defensive back — who stands 6-foot-3 — is preparing to demonstrate his skills at Florida's Pro Day on Thursday, and he is a bit healthier than he was a month ago when he ran a 4.50 in the 40-yard dash.
Lucas Perez of ESPN WRUF recently touched on some of the Gators players set to participate in Pro Day, and in discussing Moore, he offered a compelling comparison.

Of course, the "Legion of Boom" refers to the Seattle Seahawks' secondary that went to consecutive Super Bowls during the 2013-14 and 2014-15 NFL campaigns, winning a championship during the former season.
That defensive backfield featured cornerbacks Richard Sherman, Brandon Browner and Byron Maxwell as well as safeties Earl Thomas and Kam Chancellor and is widely viewed as one of the best units ever.
Moore definitely possesses some of those traits and could very well be one of the most overlooked players in this draft class as a result.
The cornerback position is slated to be pretty deep in this year's group, so Moore is generally viewed as an early Day 3 pick. But perhaps a strong showing at his Pro Day can boost his stock into the third round?
Moore's size and physicality make him one of the most intriguing prospects going into the draft, and whoever takes him could be landing quite the steal.
