The Florida Gators have revealed the injury report for their Week 2 game against Campbell.

The Florida Gators are preparing for a Week 2 matchup against Campbell, looking to start the year 2-0 for the first time since 2021.

The Gators were able to kick off the Jon Sumrall era with a big win over Florida Atlantic last week, getting some solid energy into the program. But Sumrall knows that one win isn't going to get the job done, and that this team has to build consistent performances week in and week out.

Playing Campbell won't be easy, even if the Gators are heavily favored coming into the game. Florida will try to take care of business, giving their fans something else to cheer about before they open SEC play next week.

Ahead of the game, the Gators have released the injury report. Florida has give players listed on the report, with two out for the game, and three guys listed as questionable.

Wide receiver Davian Groce remains out for the Gators after missing the season opener. Groce is dealing with a back strain, but Florida is looking to get him back in the lineup sooner rather than later.

Running back Kelvin Jiminez is also out with an undisclosed injury. Jiminez is expected to miss the entire season due to this issue.

As for the questionable players, wide receiver Eric Singleton is dealing with an ankle injury. Singleton hurt his ankle after playing a few snaps in the Gators opener against Florida Atlantic.

And finally, tight end Evan Chieca is questionable due to a lower-body issue. Campbell doesn't have anyone listed on their injury report heading into the game against Florida.

All in all, this is good news for the Gators as they prepare for the contest. Injuries tend to happen a lot early in the season, so Florida is coming into the game with a decently clean report

The Gators will be relying on star running back Jadan Baugh again in this game. Baugh had a special performance in Week 1, rushing for 160 yards and three touchdowns.

Florida has been impressed with the development of Baugh, building the offense more around him. Baugh has generated NFL Draft buzz due to his play last season and so far into the new year.

Kickoff between Florida and Campbell is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. PT/5:30 p.m. ET from Ben Hill Griffin Stadium in Gainesville.
