Indiana has lost six straight games to Northwestern, and the Feb. 24 home loss was devastating to the Hoosiers' NCAA hopes. They can get some revenge Wednesday in the second round of the Big Ten Tournament. Here's how to watch, with game times and TV information, and the latest on the point spread.

CHICAGO — Indiana has only one really bad loss this season, and that came at home against Northwestern. They get a shot at revenge now on Wednesday night in the second round of the Big Ten Tournament.

The Wildcats, who are the No. 15 seed in the conference tournament being played at the United Center in Chicago, beat No. 18 seed Penn State 76-66 in the first round of the event. They'll advance to play No. 10 seed Indiana on Wednesday night at 6:30 p.m. ET in the second round.

The Hoosiers will be ready for some redemption. They lost five of six games down the stretch, but the one loss as a big favorite was to Northwestern on Feb. 24 at Assembly Hall. Indiana, a 9.5-point favorite, blew a big second-half lead and lost 72-68.

Indiana is 18-13 overall and finished its Big Ten season with a 9-11 record. They are on the outside looking in right now when it comes to an NCAA Tournament bid, and that Northwestern loss is the difference-maker.

They get another shot at the Wildcats on Wednesday.

The Wildcats beat Penn State thanks to another impressive effort from forward Nick Martinelli, who scored 24 points on 10-of-17 shooting. Jayden Reid added 14 points. Northwestern only had eight turnovers all night long, while Penn State had 19.

This is the first year that the Big Ten fielded a tournament with all 18 teams in it. Last year, the first season where USC, UCLA, Washington and Oregon competed, only 15 teams were accepted.

The 9-10-11-12 seeds debut on Wednesday (See schedule below). Indiana and Northwestern are the first game at night, starting at 6:30 p.m. ET.

Here's how to watch Wednesday's game, with three newsy nuggets as well.

3 things to know about Indiana and Northwestern

1. NO PAGE FOR NORTHWESTERN: Arrinten Page, a 6-foot-11 junior forward from Atlanta, will be out for Thursday's game against. It's a big blow to the Wildcats, because Page is their second-leading scorer at 10.2 points per game, second only to all-conference forward Nick Martinelli. Page has been out with an illness and missed Tuesday's game against Penn State. He had 10 points and six rebounds in the win over Indiana last month.

2. ANOTHER RECORD FOR LAMAR WILKERSON?: Senior guard Lamar Wilkerson broke Don Schlundt's 73-year-old record for most points in Big Ten games on Saturday when he scored 18 points in the loss to Ohio State. He finished with 464 points, five better than Schlundt, the star of Indiana's 1953 NCAA title team. Wilkerson could pass another Indiana legend on Wednesday. He's made 103 three-pointers this season, just four behind Steve Alford, who made 107 during the 1987 NCAA title season.

3. IU-NORTHWESTERN POSTSEASON HISTORY: The Hoosiers and Wildcats have met twice in the Big Ten Tournament, and they've each won a game. No. 7 seed Northwestern beat No. 10 seed Indiana 73-58 in 2010, and the Hoosiers won a second-round matchup 71-56 in 2015. James Blackmon Jr. led Indiana with 25 points that day.
