Indiana hosts Michigan in the Big Ten regular season finale on Sunday at Assembly Hall. Here's how to watch, with game time and TV information, three keys to the game, the latest on the point spread, the coaching matchup, series history, stats, rankings and more.

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Indiana's Senior Night game on Sunday against Michigan comes with serious Big Ten Tournament implications. Just one game separates second and ninth place in the conference standings, and 12 Big Ten teams are in action on Sunday. 

Indiana is coming off an ugly 90-68 home loss against Iowa on Tuesday, and Michigan suffered a double-overtime loss at Illinois on Thursday that put the Wolverines NCAA Tournament hopes in jeopardy.

The final day of the Big Ten regular season is sure to be chaotic, but sixth-year senior Race Thompson and the Hoosiers are focused on controlling what they can control.

"We're just focused on getting our defense back right and then our offense will take care of itself," Thompson said. "We have a good test on Sunday against Michigan, and all we can really do is focus on winning that game and hopefully the tide turns our way."

  • Associated Press poll: Indiana rose two spots to No. 15 in this week's poll. The Hoosiers have been ranked in 14 of the 17 polls this season, peaking at No. 10. Michigan did not receive any votes in this week's poll. The Wolverines dropped out of the top 25 after a 4-1 start and haven't returned.
  • KenPom rankings: Indiana is No. 29 overall in the KenPom rankings as of Saturday afternoon. The Hoosiers are No. 48 in adjusted defensive efficiency and No. 28 in adjusted offensive efficiency. Michigan is ranked No. 42 overall, No. 59 in adjusted defensive efficiency and No. 41 in adjusted offensive efficiency.
  • Last three games: Indiana lost 90-68 to Iowa on Tuesday, won 79-71 at No. 5 Purdue on Saturday and lost 80-65 at Michigan State on Feb. 21. Michigan lost 91-87 at Illinois in double-overtime on Thursday, won 87-79 in overtime against Wisconsin on Sunday and won 58-45 at Rutgers on Feb. 23.
  • Home and road trends: Indiana is 14-2 at home and 5-7 in true road games. Michigan is 12-4 at home and 3-6 in true road games.
  • Season projections: Indiana is tied for the 17th-best odds to reach the Final Four at plus-1100 and 18th to win the national championship at plus-4500, according to the FanDuel Sportsbook.

  • Series history: Indiana leads the all-time series, 109-65. Michigan won nine consecutive games from March 11, 2016 to Jan. 23, 2022, including eight double-digit wins in a row. The last ranked matchup was on Jan. 6. 2019 when No. 2 Michigan defeated No. 21 Indiana 74-63 at the Crisler Center. Another notable matchup was when No. 3 Indiana beat No. 1 Michigan 81-73 on Feb. 2, 2013 at Assembly Hall. Indiana coach Mike Woodson averaged 26.4 points in seven games against Michigan, and he and Juwan Howard are two of eight current college head coaches who have played in the NBA and now coach at their alma mater. 
  • Last meeting: Indiana defeated Michigan 62-61 at the Crisler Center in Ann Arbor, Mich. on Feb. 11. Indiana held Michigan scoreless across the final 5:12 to hang on to the victory. Trayce Jackson-Davis scored 28 points and Jalen Hood-Schifino finished with 21. Hunter Dickinson led Michigan with 16 points, followed by 14 from Kobe Bufkin and 12 points from Jett Howard.
