BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — No. 14 Indiana women’s basketball will close out the regular season Sunday afternoon against Maryland at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall. Three Hoosiers, Mackenzie Holmes, Arielle Wisne, and Sara Scalia, will be honored pregame for Senior Day. In January, the Hoosiers won at Maryland for the first time in program history, and now they will try for the season sweep.

Home, road, neutral trends: Indiana is 14-0 at home this season while the Terps are 3-7 on the road. If the Hoosiers win Sunday afternoon, they will go undefeated at home in the regular season for the second straight year. They are one of 12 teams in the nation still unbeaten at home.
Recent results/series history: Indiana won in College Park for the first time ever in January, failing to do so in six prior meetings. The Terrapins hold the all-time advantage 12-4 in the series, but Indiana has won four of the past five meetings, dating back to the 2021-22 season.
Last season: Indiana won the Big Ten regular season for the first time in 40 years — and had a program-best 28 wins. But the Hoosiers won't be able to repeat Sunday. No. 2 Ohio State (16-1) has clinched the title and the top seed in the Big Ten Tournament. In 2023, the Terps went 28-7 overall, 15-3 in the Big Ten, and picked up the No. 2 seed in the NCAA Tournament. They lost in the Elite Eight to No. 1 South Carolina.
