For the second time, Indiana guard Lamar Wilkerson broke the 40-point barrier in a game at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall. No Hoosier had ever done that before twice in the same season. Thirteen players have broken the 40-point mark, and it's happened 22 times in history. Here is the complete list.

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — Lamar Wilkerson scored 41 points on Monday night in a 92-74 win over Oregon, and it was just the 22nd time that an Indiana player had scored 40 points or more in a game in school history.

Wilkerson, a 6-foot-6 guard from Ashdown, Ark., has now done it twice. He scored 44 points vs. Penn State in December, becoming just the fifth player to do it more than once — Don Schlundt, Jimmy Rayl, George McGinnis and Steve Downing were the others — and Wilkerson became first player to do it twice in the same season since McGinnis in 1970-71.

Jimmy Rayl has done it five times, and Don Schlundt four.

Wilkerson is the first person ever to score 40 points or more inside the hallowed halls of Assembly Hall more than once — either in their career or a single season.

Here is the complete list of the 13 Indiana players who have scored 40 points or more in a game, with their point total, the opponent, and the date and location where the game was played.
