Kansas State Fans Won't Likely Latest Move From Former Three-Star Commit

Three-star cornerback/receiver Nazir Pitchford was the first 2027 class commit for Kansas State.

Well, now he's the latest Jayhawk to grace Lawrence, KS. The Palmetto, FL, product officially committed to Kansas on Sunday afternoon.

Pitchford committed to the Wildcats back in February, but decommitted last month. He got interest from a plethora of programs, including UCF, UNC, and Pittsburgh. Last season, he had six total tackles and a pass deflection at Palmetto High School, along with 22 receptions for 344 yards and seven touchdowns.
