The LSU Tigers are struggling right now, just 1-2 in their last three games. While they will be happy to return home, they have a tough matchup ahead of them with the No. 3-ranked Texas A&M Aggies.

This was the game last season where the Aggies really found their new identity with the breakout of quarterback Marcel Reed. Tigers players and coaches, especially on the defensive side of the ball, will remember that game and want their get back.

LSU must win this game if they want to keep their season afloat and quiet some of the aggression from a fan base that feels they are not getting the product they should be receiving.

The Tigers are 32-24-3 all-time against Texas A&M. History is on the side of LSU in this one, as the home team has won every year since 2017. This is a relatively new rivalry for the Tigers, but it is a real one.

Since the seven-overtime game in 2018, the two fan bases and teams have felt especially contentious with each other. The games haven't been very close, though. Just two of the last six have been decided by less than 12 points.
