Dan Le Batard wasn't a fan of the Miami Hurricanes jerseys worn Saturday against Stanford

The Miami Hurricanes got back in the win column last Saturday against the Stanford Cardinal but they lost in the uniform department.

The Hurricanes debuted their new "camo" jerseys during the game. The look featured all-black, including the helmets. South Florida media personality Dan Le Batard had an issue with the jerseys.

"I can't believe we wore them," Le Batard said. "It was awful. I don't know how you have a University of Miami uniform with no orange in it. "You've got to have orange in the University of Miami's uniforms."

The Hurricanes school colors are orange and green. Many on social media also had problems with the jersey.

    HURRICANES SET TO PLAY SMU

Now, coach Mario Cristobal wants to keep that momentum going. He was impressed with the way the Hurricanes bounced back from a loss to the Louisville Cardinals two weeks ago.

"Just keep playing," Cristobal said. "It is a four quarter game and the issues that we had in the previous game showed up a little bit in the first quarter with a slow start. The first drive got down there, but then it was penalty, missed field goal, and zero points. Then it is like look man, I don't want to see any anxiety or anybody hanging their head. It is football and in football you keep working until you regain the momentum of the game and you fight to keep the momentum. I thought it was good resiliency to hammer away."

Next up for the Hurricanes are the SMU Mustangs, who are 5-3 this season and coming off a loss to the Wake Forest Demon Deacons. The Hurricanes are trying to keep pace in the race for the College Football Playoff.

"These are all business trips and it relates to your mindset and preparation and your ability to block out all distractions," Cristobal said. "Make sure you execute at the highest level. When you go on the road you pack your toughness, your physicality, your execution, your brotherhood and your resilience and you put it all on display when it is game time."
