11 Mizzou football players change their numbers.

COLUMBIA — As spring football nears an end, more players are earning their first numbers and switching from old ones. Mizzou football announced a list of 11 returning Tigers that are switching their jersey numbers for the 2026 season.

Here's every change you need to know.

Nicholas Rodriguez, #20 to #5

Rodriguez switches from #20 to #5 after the departure of fellow linebacker Khalil Jacobs, who is attempting to turn pro.

"This was my high school number, number five," Rodriguez said earlier this spring. "So I've always liked this number. This is just something I just wanted to get back into, feel like, back in my roots, and the opportunity presented itself, so I just took it."

He logged 61 tackles and 1.5 sacks as a rotational linebacker in 2025 and is now primed for a starting job in 2026 alongside Auburn transfer Robert Wooydard Jr.

Damarion Fowlkes, #11 to #3

Fowlkes wore #11 in his 2025 freshman campaign with the Tigers while now-graduated wideout Kevin Coleman Jr. donned #3. Fowlkes will now switch numbers for his sophomore season.

Marquis Gracial, #33 to #3

Gracial will join Fowlkes as #3's on the team, as former Missouri safety Mose Phillips III transferred to Oklahoma State and opened up the roster spot with the Tigers. Gracial logged 16 tackles last season and is now primed for a starting role in 2026.

Jeremiah Beasley, #18 to #6

Beasley, another linebacker elevating his role for the 2026 season, will switch away from #18 and onto #6, which was last worn by now-graduated safety Jalen Catalon.

Jack Lange, #76 to #75

Lange, a 6-foot-8, 305-pound rising sophomore, will switch to #75, last worn by Jayven Richardson. Lange will compete for snaps at the right tackle spot.

CJ Bass III, #30 to #14

Bass, a returning defensive back, switches off of #30 and onto #14, which was last worn by Triston Newson in 2025. Newson is now graduated, leaving the number open.

Shaun Terry II, #8 to #4

Terry switches from #8 to #4 in wake of former redshirt freshman James Madison II entering the transfer portal. Terry has been spoken highly of by Eli Drinkwitz in spring ball.

Dante McClellan, #22 to #9

McClellan, a freshman linebacker from the 2025 season, will return with a new number for 2026. Tavorus Jones was the last Tiger to wear 22, but he transferred to UTEP, leaving the number open.

Daedan Hopkins, #93 to #10

Hopkins, a true freshman edge rusher in 2025, will switch from #93 to #10 in wake of Sterling Webb's graduation, which opened up the number. Hopkins can compete for an increased role on the edge after redshirt his freshman season.

Cameron Keys, #29 to #20

Keys is one of few returning cornerbacks on the roster, but even he will undergo a change. He'll switch from #29 to #20 for his third season with the Tigers, taking over a number last worn by Nicholas Rodriguez.

Brett Le Blanc, #51 to #49

The longtime Mizzou long snapper will change his number from #51 to #49, taking the number from former walk-on defensive end Garrett Flesner.
