The Ohio State Buckeyes football team consistently produces NFL talent, and the Buckeyes looking to represent the program at the 2026 NFL Combine hope to be in that group. The program will send eleven players to the pre-draft showcase held at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis from Feb. 23 through Mar. 2 who will look to impress NFL scouts, GMs, and coaches with their measurables, traits and interview skills. Several of them are top first round talent, who are seen as immediate impact players that can become at least high-level starters.
Headlining that group is edge rusher Arvell Reese, who was a great story in college football after starting primarily as a special teams player his first two seasons. He’s become an explosive player with the ability to disrupt and has shown potential and upside as both a pass rusher and run defender. Other players who are mocked in the first round are safety Caleb Downs, wide receiver Carnell Tate, linebacker Sonny Styles, defensive tackle Kayden McDonald, with cornerback Davison Igbinosun rounding out the group as a potential first round or high second round talent.
Here is the full story from Buckeyes Roundtable writer Anthony Moeglin on the major talent representing Ohio State at the NFL Combine.
Rounding out the impressive group of 11 are tight ends Max Klare and Will Kacmerek, running back CJ Donaldson, defensive end Caden Curry, and safety Lorenzo Styles Jr. The Buckeyes’ contingent are the third-most behind the Alabama Crimson Tide (12) and Texas A&M Aggies (13).
