The North Carolina Tar Heels face a juggernaut in Kenan Stadium.

The North Carolina Tar Heels had roughly two weeks to prepare for No. 3 Notre Dame, but one could argue that's still not enough time.

Marcus Freeman's Fighting Irish are a perfect 4-0, and they're on a mission as they still believe they were snubbed from the College Football Playoffs a year ago.

This is a Notre Dame team that has given up just 20 points in their last three games combined, so UNC knows its going to have its work cut out for them at Kenan Stadium.

UNC scores at least 13 points

It's incredibly hard to go into this game with full confidence in UNC's offense, especially with how the Clemson game ended.

That collapse is one that's still being talked about, and sure, they had the week off, but they would've loved to have a cupcake game to get back on track rather than being thrown into the fire against the Fighting Irish.

Bill Belichick is going to have this team prepared, there's no doubt about that, and it feels safe to assume they'll at least be able to score more points than Michigan State and Purdue did, with each only scoring 10 these last two weeks.

There's a world where the Tar Heels drop 20 and score as many as both of those teams combined, but only time will tell.

Fighting Irish pull away after the first quarter

North Carolina's opening possession is going to dictate this entire game.

Wisconsin, who just knocked off No. 13 Penn State, was battling with Notre Dame in the first half until Freeman and Co. pulled away in the final 30 minutes.

UNC would love a signature win, but Notre Dame is just too good. They're 21-point favorites for a reason, and Heisman hopeful CJ Carr will prove why on Oct. 3.

Miles O'Neill gets significant minutes

If there was ever a game to give Miles O'Neill a shot, it's this one. There's a strong chance this game will be a blowout by the time the fourth quarter comes around, and if that happens, there's no reason to keep riding it out with Billy Edwards Jr.

The Wisconsin transfer hasn't been outright bad, but UNC fans are already getting a bit impatient.

O'Neill is QB2 for a reason, but should he prove he can carve up this Fighting Irish defense, even if it is all backups in the game, that's still a huge step in the right direction for the sophomore.
