The Tar Heel Roundtable Podcast Reacts To Another Week of Non Conference Action For UNC Basketball.
Josh Graham and Will Dalton co-hosts the Tar Heel Roundtable podcast, which will release new episodes every week on the site. Here are the topics covered on this week’s pod:
- Slow Starts. UNC has had a tendency to play down to some of their lower tier competition a little bit at the start of games. It’s happened against Georgetown, USC Upstate, and ETSU.
- Elite Front Court. The mix of Caleb Wilson and Henri Veesaar might be the best front court in he nation. It might take some UNC fans back to the days of Tyler Zeller and John Henson.
- Seth Trimble is Coming. After missing the last two months due to injury, Seth Trimble, very well could make his return as soon as Saturday against Ohio State. The beauty of a player like Trimble, is that dropping him back in the lineup should be almost seamless for the Tar Heels.
- Two More Non Cons. UNC now heads to Ohio State to take on the Buckeyes on Saturday and then they finish up non conference play against East Carolina in Chapel Hill on Monday.
- Coordinator openings. After it took a little longer than expected, Bill Belichick finally fired Freddy kitchens as the OC and special teams coordinator, Mike Preifer.
In addition to the Tar Heel Roundtable Podcast, Graham and Dalton will also host weekly podcasts for other local teams in the state of North Carolina.
Both have covered UNC football and basketball for multiple years. In the professional ranks, they will produce content focusing on the Carolina Panthers and Charlotte Hornets as well.
