Another day, another Mock Draft, and the Buckeyes are going to be very busy this NFL Draft, especially the first round.

Todd McShay's Mock Draft 3.0 hit the internet on Monday, and it's a lock that the Buckeyes are going to get five first-rounders; the only question remains is where they are going to go.

For McShay, he has a different order than most for these Buckeyes. However, it seems to be a nearly unanimous consensus on where the Ohio State draft board begins, and it's almost right away.

Pick No. 2: New York Jets Select Arvell Reese

Arvell Reese is a New York Jet. Might as well put it in Sharpie at this point. Reese is believed to be the most impactful pass rusher in this year's draft while possessing the ability to still make plays in the run game as an off-ball linebacker.

Reese climbed the draft board at an incredibly rapid pace throughout the college football season. He went from an unknown coming into the season to the top pass rusher off the board and the Number 2 overall selection.

Pick No. 6: Cleveland Browns Select Carnell Tate

Unlike most, McShay has the second Buckeye coming off the board at pick number 6. For the Browns, landing Tate would be a walk-off home run. They need all of the talent that they can get their hands on at the wide receiver position, and drafting Buckeyes at the position is the most responsible thing that anyone could do.

Tate to the Browns, and he is immediately their No. 1 target.

Pick No. 7: Washington Commanders Select Sonny Styles

Washington stays put and gets their hands on the best pure defensive player, likely the most pure player in the draft, period. The Commanders are trying to reset their roster and get back to making the playoffs and making a run in the playoffs. They could pair a young, dynamic quarterback with an elite defender with this selection.

Pick No. 10: Cincinnati Bengals Select Caleb Downs

Joe Burrow's wish finally comes true, and he gets an elite defensive player on the other side of the ball. I don't think that it is hyperbole to say that Downs could change a defensive roster and secondary the moment that he steps into a building. He, in my opinion, is the second most sure-fire draft pick in this draft, and his going to the Bengals is a problem for the AFC North.

Pick No. 28: Houston Texans Select Kayden McDonald

McDonald is off the board at the very end of the first round to the Houston Texans. This pick seems to keep surfacing for the interior defensive lineman, and if it is the ultimate selection, he joins one of the nastiest defenses in the league. This is a win-win for both teams. The Texans get an elite interior defender, and McDonald joins a great defense and a team that is ready to win now.
