On this episode of the podcast, we discuss what it is like for a player during the summer session and everything that goes into preparing for a season. There is a level of anxiousness that comes into play as the calendar leans closer and closer to June, the month that camp starts.
Until then, it is the Buckeyes being hard at work, working on their craft and working on getting their bodies ready for a season that is hopefully 16 or 17 games in 2026.

Not only did they add four legitimate players in the transfer portal, but they also got incredible news from their 2027 recruit LJ Smith, who is a five-star prospect committed to Ohio State. However, he didn't just stop with a commitment; he reclassified to the 2026 class so that he could get to campus one year sooner and join the Buckeyes.
This makes the 2026 Ohio State recruiting class one of the best that they have had in the modern era. It has been since 2008 where they Buckeyes had multiple five-star prospects, and that recruiting class set off a historic couple of years in the program.
