Indiana Star wide receiver Nick Marsh challenges the Buckeyes' young secondary ahead of the matchup on Saturday.

Indiana star transfer wide receiver Nick Marsh got ahold of the microphone on Wednesday and gave the Buckeyes secondary some bulletin board material. He was asked how the Hoosiers were going to attack the stellar Ohio State Buckeyes' secondary.

Marsh said that one of the things that makes Indiana stand out is that they have two stars, and the opponent has to pick one to defend. He isn't wrong; he and Charlie Becker are elite wide receivers and have been off to a great start.

For the Buckeyes on Saturday, it is true that they are going to have to contend with both players. However, I believe that the Buckeyes' secondary has what it takes to match whoever is on the other side.

Ohio State's Devin Sanchez has been so good for Ohio State's defense this year. He is playing at such a high level that when you look at the Buckeyes' defense, you can just cancel out Sanchez's side of the field.

On the other side, one of the major bright spots for the Buckeyes has been the play of freshman Jay Timmons. Timmons was the star of the Texas game until the Buckeyes gave it up at the end. He quickly came onto this team as a true freshman and made an impact nearly right away.

Behind the two great cornerbacks is a trio of safeties that are simply awesome. Earl Little Jr. has come in as a transfer, slotted into the Buckeyes' defense, and has stepped into Caleb Downs' role.

He runs alongside Jermaine Matthews Jr., who has been the highlight of the secondary this year. He has been special for the Buckeyes and continues to be in the right place at the right time.

Jaylen McClain has also been really good in the secondary of the Buckeyes' defense and just continues to prove the depth that the Buckeyes have.

Their challenge on Saturday is going to be stopping the potent Indiana passing attack. One of the things that the Hoosiers have shown is that no matter what the score is, these two receivers keep them in it at all times.

The Buckeyes have been challenged by elite talent in the past, so that will not be new to them. It will be a team effort from the defensive line to the secondary to keep the Hoosiers contained during Saturday's matchup.
