

Yesterday's Ohio State win over FCS opponent Youngstown State was largely a decent performance. It was plenty good enough to win on Saturday against a team they were overmatched against, but did it entirely "look the part"? How could it have been if they only scored 35 points, including just 7 in the second half?
There's so much to get into from the Week 2 performance, including:
Ultimately, the Buckeyes are 2-0 with a team that has new players in some really important positions. Three offensive linemen from last year are suiting up for their NFL debuts today and C.J. Stroud was the No. 2 overall pick in the draft.
In other words, it's going to take some time for these guys to click.
But time is fleeting and they only have one more game left before their first big test of the season against Notre Dame when they travel to South Bend in a couple weeks. If the problems that manifested themselves against Indiana and Youngstown State reappear against the Irish, the Buckeyes might be in trouble.
