STILLWATER, Okla. -- On Friday night, February 6, 2026, the No. 3 Oklahoma State Cowboys wrestling team delivered a dominant performance on Senior Day at Gallagher-Iba Arena in Stillwater, crushing Little Rock 41-6 in a non-conference dual.
Under head coach David Taylor, the Cowboys continued their impressive season long dominance, extending their winning streak to 10 straight duals while flexing their depth, bonus-point scoring, and veteran leadership in front of a home crowd for Senior Day.
The match marked a special occasion as OSU honored its seniors, blending celebration for the success this season, while honoring the seniors who've given to the program.
The Cowboys donned their special N7 singlets for the dual, a nod to the Native American 7s initiative promoting cultural awareness and support for Indigenous communities, adding to the match's festivities.
The distinctive black and orange designs with N7 branding stood out as the team took the mat, symbolizing unity and respect while the squad powered through the lineup.
Oklahoma State wasted no time asserting control, racking up seven bonus-point victories across the 10 contested weights. Highlights included technical falls and pins that quickly built an insurmountable lead.
At 125 pounds, Troy Spratley opened with a commanding 17-2 technical fall. Ronnie Ramirez followed at 133 with a 19-4 tech fall, and Sergio Vega at 141 added a 16-1 tech fall of his own.
The momentum carried into the middle weights, where LaDarion Lockett (165) earned a hard-fought 7-2 decision over No. 5 Matty Bianchi in a battle of top-10 unbeatens, showcasing Lockett's resilience in a tight, high-level matchup.
Alex Facundo (174) secured a pin at 2:32, while Cody Merrill (197) added another fall, contributing to the bonus-point barrage. Other key contributors included Dean Hamiti and the heavyweights, who sealed the lopsided score.
Little Rock managed just two individual wins: No. 21 Brock Herman at 149 with a narrow 6-5 decision over Beau Hickman, and Kodiak Cannedy at 184 with a decision victory.
The Trojans' points came late, but OSU's overwhelmingness, particularly in bonus-point production, left no doubt about the outcome.
The 41-6 final marked the Cowboys' highest-scoring dual of the season so far, their first in the 40s since last year's rout of Air Force.
