Numbers don't lie, and these two Ducks have some of the best numbers of anybody in the draft.

The Oregon Ducks are and have been one of the premier football programs in the nation. This is evidenced by their dominance that was on display last year and projected next year, but also by how many players they send to the next level.

This year is not expected to be any different. Oregon is projected to have basically two guaranteed players drafted in the first round in Kenyon Sadiq and Dillon Thieneman, with Emmanuel Pregnon possibly making it three.

Another Duck who was incredibly productive last season and worked their way into being drafted is CB Jadon Canady. When you look at the stats from last season, you realize that Oregon had two of the best secondary players in the country.

Which teams are going to look at the numbers and capitalize on these fantastic players? Because the numbers are tough to deny.

Dillon Thieneman and Jadon Canady: Some of CFB's Best Last Season

Thieneman was ranked much higher coming into this draft season and only improved his stock by being consistently listed as one of the best performers of the entire combine.

This isn't new for the Second-team All-American and shouldn't be a massive shock to talent evaluators. Last season at Oregon, Thieneman was the highest graded safety in the entire country.

Expect Thieneman to be taken off the board within the top-20 to possibly top-15 picks.

Jadon Canady is a different story. By no means is he going to be a first-round pick. He may not even be a second-round pick, with many analysts slating him to be picked within the last few rounds due to his size and lack of strength.

Canady, while not as intriguing a prospect to many as Thieneman, was one of the best defensive backs in college football by the numbers. Among all CBs in the 2026 NFL Draft class, Canady led them all in fewest yards allowed per reception.

Regardless of where either of these talented young players goes, they're going to make some teams very happy and carry on the proud tradition of being an Oregon Duck with them through their careers.
