Predicting each game on the 2026 Oregon Ducks schedule.
The Oregon Ducks will be coming into the new college football season with all eyes on them. However, this team only needs to prove one thing: whether they can win the National Championship.
Oregon is being judged fully by this, and this year will be very telling for this program. Many people see them as the most talented in the country, but it's now or never for the Ducks.
So how many games will Oregon win this season? Here is a prediction for each game on the team's schedule this year:
Week 1: vs Boise State, Win
Boise State could be an interesting game for the Ducks. The Broncos are looking to get themselves back to national relevance, but Oregon is a stronger team overall.
Look for the Ducks to open the year with a win, even if its closer than expected.
Week 2: at Oklahoma State, Win
Road games in college football can always be tough, no matter the competition. The Cowboys are looking for a bounce back year, but it won't happen against the Ducks.
Oregon wins this game to start the year 2-0.
Week 3: vs Portland State, Win
Oregon shouldn't have a hard time with Portland State at all. Expect the Ducks to be up by at least 30 by halftime.
Now, they look ahead to the big Week 4 game with a 3-0 record.
Week 4: at USC, Win
This could be a tough game for the Ducks, especially early in the season. USC played them tough at Autzen last year, and they'll be out for some revenge.
But in the end, I like Oregon to sneak away from Los Angeles with the victory.
Week 5: Bye Week
Week 6: vs UCLA, Win
UCLA could be better this season with a new head coach, but they should be no match for the Ducks. I like Oregon to win this game after a close first half.
Week 7: vs Nebraska, Win
Oregon shouldn't have much trouble with the Cornhuskers, especially at home. The Ducks roll in this game.
In addition, quarterback Dante Moore throws for over 400 yards in this game, setting himself up as a Heisman candidate.
Week 8: at Illinois, Win
This could be a trap game of sorts, and Illinois has been good at home in recent seasons. But the Ducks are able to find a way to win, closing out the Fighting Illini in the fourth quarter.
Week 9: vs Northwestern, Win
Northwestern isn't as bad as they once were, but they are still no match for this Ducks team. Give me Oregon to keep the undefeated season alive, setting up a massive game next week with the Buckeyes.
Week 10: at Ohio State, Loss
This starts a rough stretch of games for the Ducks, giving them a chance to make some playoff statements. Going to Columbus won't be easy at all, and while the Ducks will make this a close game, they fall just short.
Give me Ohio State to hand Oregon its first loss of the season.
Week 11: vs Michigan, Win
Coming back home after losing to Ohio State, the Ducks get the Wolverines. Bryce Underwood can be a matchup nightmare, but Oregon's defense should be able to contain him enough.
Oregon bounces back after the loss to the Buckeyes.
Week 12: at Michigan State, Win
Michigan State should be more competitive this season, but the Ducks still shouldn't have much trouble. I like Oregon to run away with this win, keeping the playoff plans alive and well.
Week 13: vs Washington, Win
The big rivalry game on the schedule, and these two teams don't like one another. Washington could be a formidable opponent, but with a spot in the playoff on the line, the Ducks don't squander the chance.
Oregon takes this game, by 10 or more points.
Final record prediction: 11-1, makes the CFP
