The Oregon Ducks quarterback room has been ranked ahead of the 2026 season.

The Oregon Ducks will look to be contenders in the College Football Playoff once again in 2026. The Ducks made it all the way to the College Football Playoff Semifinal last season before they fell to the eventual champion Indiana Hoosiers.

The Ducks' hopes of winning it all will rely heavily on the performance of star quarterback Dante Moore.

Ahead of the 2026 season, Oregon's quarterback room of Moore and backup quarterback Dylan Raiola is ranked first in the Big Ten by The Sporting News.

This makes a ton of sense as both Moore and Raiola have been quality starters. Moore had a great season for the Ducks in 2025, completing 71.8 percent of his passes for 3,565 yards, 30 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions. He also rushed for 156 yards and two touchdowns.

He was likely to be the second overall in the NFL Draft if he had declared, but he opted for another season at Oregon.

With Moore's return, the Ducks have a chance to win it all in 2026, but their quarterback room is prepared for his departure in the 2027 NFL Draft.

Raiola will take over as the starting quarterback in 2027 after proving to be a solid quarterback during his two seasons at Nebraska.

In 2024, Raiola completed 67.1 percent of his passes for 2,819 yards, 13 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions. He improved in 2025, completing 72.4 percent of his passes for 2,000 yards, 18 touchdowns, and six interceptions.

Raiola will now take a year off and sit behind Moore, as Moore did behind Dillon Gabriel after transferring from UCLA.

Oregon has a talented roster in place and one of the best coaches in college football, Dan Lanning.

The Ducks are among the favorites to win the National Championship in 2026, and they arguably have the best quarterback in the country in Moore.

If he is able to improve upon his 2025 campaign and lead the Ducks on a deep run, he could be the top selection in the 2027 NFL Draft and prove that Oregon has the top quarterback room in the nation.
