The Penn State Nittany Lions have a handful of players who are preparing to be selected in the upcoming 2026 NFL Draft in April.
One of those players is none other than standout pass rusher Dani Dennis-Sutton. While he isn't being talked about as an elite prospect at this point in time, Dennis-Sutton will have a chance to be a potential day two pick.
Dennis-Sutton spent all four of his college seasons at Penn State. He played a role in all four of those years and has left his mark on the program.
With his college career officially coming to an end, Dennis-Sutton will leave the Nittany Lions having racked up 127 total tackles, 23.5 sacks, seven forced fumbles, two interceptions, and eight defended passes. Those numbers show a glimpse at the playmaking ability he possesses.
Keeping that in mind, the question becomes, which NFL team will take a chance on him?
A new prediction has been made about Dennis-Sutton's potential destination. Tankathon has predicted that the Buffalo Bills will select him with the No. 91 overall pick in the third round.
Landing with the Bills would be an ideal scenario for Dennis-Sutton. He would be joining a team that he can help contend for a Super Bowl right off the bat. Buffalo is going to be one of the top championship contenders entering the 2026 season.
He could also end up finding a role early in his career. One of the main needs that the Bills have heading into this offseason is finding a better pass rush.
Buffalo is going through some changes this offseason. Sean McDermott was relieved from his role as the team's head coach and was replaced by former offensive coordinator Joe Brady. The Bills hired Jim Leonhard to be their new defensive coordinator.
Leonhard is known for being a very aggressive defensive mind. He likes to get after the quarterback and make plays. Dennis-Sutton would fit nicely into that system.
Whether or not Buffalo will end up being the team that takes Dennis-Sutton in the 2026 NFL Draft remains to be seen. However, the Bills do make a lot of sense as a potential match for him.
