There was no movement in the top five spots of the Week 12 Associated Press college football top-25 poll on Sunday, which came as a surprise to many.
After another impressive road win for SEC leader Texas A&M, there was a line of thinking that they might jump No. 2 Indiana, which needed a last-minute touchdown to beat six-loss Penn State. It didn't happen, but those two are much closer in the polls now.
The gap between No. 2 Indiana and No. 3 Texas A&M is 31 points this week after the Aggies beat Missouri 38-17 and Indiana won 27-24 at Penn State. It was 68 points a week ago. OIe Miss moved up a spot to No. 6 and BYU fell out of the top-10 after losing to Texas Tech on Saturday.
Ohio State had 55 of the 65 first-place votes, Indiana had six, and Texas A&M four.
