The information from 2024 was just released on Friday, providing some insight into how much money the athletic department is spending on success.
The Syracuse Post-Standard was provided information on Friday regarding how much money top Syracuse Athletics coaches were paid in 2024.
The university is required to disclose that information legally.
As noted by earnings reports, head football coach Fran Brown made just over $3.1 million total that year, while former men's basketball coach Adrian Autry earned $2.2 million.
Head women's basketball coach Felisha Legette-Jack earned $990,000 for that year. Former SU defensive coordinator Elijah Robinson made $1.58 million. Robinson is no longer with the football program.
While not officially disclosed yet, it's fair to assume that each one of those coaches earned at least a bit more in 2025.
And while also not official, it's also reasonable to assume that new men's basketball coach Gerry McNamara is making more than Autry made. McNamara has said he could have seen himself staying at Siena for the rest of his career, so if that's true, Syracuse likely had to pay up more in order to get him back to Central New York.

--The Syracuse men's basketball team is hosting its annual Summer Slam event again this year, with this version taking place on July 22 at the Lobdell Family barn in Skaneateles, N.Y.
This event combines many different aspects into one fun night: As noted by the press release on the event, fans will get an opportunity to meet members of the 2026-27 Orange team while also getting a chance to hear from head coach Gerry McNamara and Orange legend Carmelo Anthony.
The event also serves as a way to fundraise NIL opportunities for the athletic department, and other Orange head coaches are scheduled to attend.
--The men's lacrosse team will take the field at 2:30 p.m. ET on Saturday as part of the Final Four. It's the second straight Final Four for Gary Gait's team and they are looking for their first national title since 2009. The Orange will play Notre Dame, who they lost to earlier in the season. Here's information on how to watch.
--The Syracuse alumni team "Boeheim's Army" will once again play in the "TBT" this summer, competing for a $2 million prize. We know that the Orange will take on the Seton Hall alumni team in the first round best-of-three series, which begins on July 21. So far, we don't know anything about the Syracuse roster other than that former sharpshooter Buddy Boeheim is playing. He spent some time with the Oklahoma City Thunder this season but isn't on an NBA active roster, making him eligible.
