TCU men’s and women’s basketball will both learn their NCAA Tournament paths Sunday in a historic moment for the Horned Frogs.

Selection Sunday is a big deal every year. At TCU, it feels bigger.

For the first time in school history, TCU men’s basketball and TCU women’s basketball will both enter the NCAA Tournament in the same season, giving Horned Frogs fans a full day of bracket drama, seed debates and March Madness anticipation.

The men go first.

The TCU men’s NCAA Tournament Selection Show begins at 5 p.m. CT on Sunday, March 15 and will air on CBS.

Fans can also stream it on Paramount+ and through NCAA March Madness Live. Jamie Dixon’s team heads into the bracket reveal with real momentum, even after a Big 12 Tournament loss to Kansas.

TCU’s resume is strong enough to feel comfortable, powered by six Quadrant 1 wins, a No. 38 NET ranking, No. 35 Strength of Record, and No. 33 in Wins Above Bubble. That profile has the Frogs tracking toward a No. 8 or No. 9 seed, which means the first-round draw will matter a lot.

Then the spotlight shifts to the women.

The TCU women’s NCAA Tournament Selection Show starts at 7 p.m. CT on ESPN, with streaming available on the ESPN App, WatchESPN and NCAA March Madness Live.

Mark Campbell’s program is no longer a feel-good story. It is a full-on national contender. After reaching the Elite Eight last season, TCU followed it up by winning another Big 12 regular-season title.

The Horned Frogs were already confirmed as a top-16 seed, which means Schollmaier Arena will host first- and second-round games.

That gives TCU a serious edge.

The women are expected to land on the No. 2 or No. 3 seed line, led by Olivia Miles, who claimed both Big 12 Player of the Year and Newcomer of the Year honors.

Marta Suarez joined Miles as a unanimous All-Big 12 First Team selection, giving TCU one of the most dangerous duos in the country.

So yes, clear the schedule.

Sunday is not just Selection Sunday in Fort Worth. It is a checkpoint in one of the biggest basketball moments TCU has ever had.
