TCU men’s golf opens NCAA Regional play at Traditions Club in Bryan, chasing its first NCAA Championship berth since 2021.

TCU men’s golf is back in the NCAA postseason, and the Horned Frogs have a real opportunity to make a run in Bryan.

The Horned Frogs begin NCAA Regional play Monday at Traditions Club, opening at 8 a.m. off No. 10 while paired with New Mexico and Texas A&M.

The 54-hole event runs Monday through Wednesday, with the top five teams and the top individual not on an advancing team moving on to the NCAA Championship at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, California.

TCU enters as the No. 6 seed in a strong field led by Texas, North Carolina, Tennessee, New Mexico and Texas A&M. The Frogs are ranked No. 36 in the latest Scoreboard rankings, matching their highest mark under head coach Bill Allcorn.

The lineup will feature Sam Udovich, Jack Beauchamp, Lewis Wright, Nathan Miller and Charlie Wylie, with Toby Wilt available as a substitute.

Udovich gives TCU a major weapon. The freshman became the first Horned Frog to earn All-Big 12 honors as a freshman and leads the team with a 70.43 scoring average. He also has four top-10 finishes, including a standout 19-under performance at the Ka’anapali Classic.

TCU comes in with momentum after finishing third at the Big 12 Championship. Udovich and Wright both earned All-Tournament recognition, and the Frogs’ 1-under total was the third-best 72-hole score versus par in program history.

Depth has been a strength, too. Beauchamp owns a 70.97 scoring average across 101 career rounds, while Miller has five top-20 finishes and won the Watersound Invitational at 9-under. Wylie is coming off his best finish of the year, placing 19th at the Big 12 Championship.

This marks TCU’s 34th NCAA Regional appearance in the last 36 opportunities and its 35th straight season with postseason representation. Now the Frogs are chasing their first NCAA Championship trip since 2021.
