TCU football fans can meet players for free Aug. 16 at the Sam Baugh Indoor Practice Facility, with free admission and parking before kickoff, plus season hype.
FORT WORTH - TCU football is opening the doors before the 2026 season gets loud.
The Horned Frogs will host their annual Meet The Frogs fan event Sunday, Aug. 16, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Sam Baugh Indoor Practice Facility in Fort Worth.
Presented by Home Zone Furniture, the preseason gathering gives supporters a rare opportunity to meet players before the schedule begins and every snap starts carrying consequences.
Best of all, TCU isn’t putting a price tag on the experience. Admission is free, and fans can also park at no charge in Lots 1, 2 and 7.
That makes Meet The Frogs one of the easiest opportunities for families, longtime season-ticket holders and younger fans to get closer to the program without battling a game-day crowd or paying stadium prices.
It’s also a chance for the players to feel the energy surrounding the team before the season officially arrives.
Fans should enter the Sam Baugh Indoor Practice Facility from the west side of the complex, near TCU’s outdoor practice fields.
With the event running for only two hours, arriving early could be the smartest move for anyone hoping to avoid a late rush.
The timing gives the afternoon a different edge. By mid-August, training-camp questions are getting louder, position battles are tightening and expectations are beginning to turn into pressure.
Meet The Frogs offers supporters a look at the faces who’ll soon be carrying those expectations under the lights.
No ticket purchase is required. No parking fee stands in the way. Just show up, enter from the west side and get an early dose of TCU football before the real collisions begin.
For Horned Frogs fans counting down to kickoff, Aug. 16 isn’t merely another summer Sunday. It’s the unofficial opening bell for football season in Fort Worth.
