With the College Football Regular season needing just three more regular-season weeks to be played, the Southeastern Conference is as up for grabs as it has ever been.

For the Vols, they get a week off from conference action after a bye week reset the sorrows of a loss to none other than the Oklahoma Sooners.

New Mexico State (3-6) vs Tennessee (6-3, 3-3)

This game serves as one of two non-conference games played this week; the Vols are running off one of their toughest losses of the season. Joey Aguilar threw two costly interceptions and a key fumble in the 33-27 loss to Oklahoma.

Despite leading the conference in passing yards through nine games, Aguilar's tough draw against Oklahoma has soured his season. The playoffs may be all but lost for the Vols' 2025-26 season; three-loss teams are not a common playoff occurrence.

This game will be just as important for the Vols' defense, which has struggled to put together an impressive 60 minutes this season.

There has not been an instance outside of week two against ETSU where the Vols' defense allowed under 20 points, while injuries to Jermod McCoy and Rickey Gibson III in the secondary serve as a major why.

Despite the struggles, the Vols will persevere. Tennessee 54 New Mexico State 20

South Carolina (3-6, 1-6) vs No. 3 Texas A&M (9-0, 6-0)

The Aggies have been rolling through the action in their 2025-26 season, through nine games the team is undefeated with big road wins against Notre Dame and LSU.

The journey to the title game for the Aggies continues against a confusing South Carolina team at home in front of the 12th man.

For the Gamecocks, it's been an uphill battle this year. LaNorris Sellers hasn’t really found his footing with seven touchdowns to five interceptions this season.

While the Gamecocks have firepower, the Aggies have double that, including quarterback Marcel Reed with 19 touchdowns to six interceptiosn this year. Texas A&M 38 South Carolina 21

Arkansas (2-7, 0-5) vs LSU (5-4, 2-4)

It’s been an odd season for the Tigers, after firing Brian Kelly LSU dropped its first game without their coach in a 20-9 loss to Alabama. The loss served as the teams third straight loss and third stragiht connference loss.

Arkansas on the other hand has also had a rough season, they’ve lost seven straight games after starting the season 2-0. One teams losing streak will have to come to ann end on saturday afternnoon.

Despite the rough stretch, the Tigers still have the firepower to put points on the board. LSU 33, Arkansas 20

Tennessee Tech (10-0) vs Kentucky (4-5, 2-5)

Despite what has been a forgetful season for the Wildcats, they have accumulated two back-to-back conference victories to salvage the season.

The Wildcats defeated Auburn on the road before returning home and defeating Florida at home. The win against the Gators was one of the teams’ most impressive performances on the season, winning 38-7.

Tennessee Tech on the other hand has gone perfect through their 10 games, while the wins aren’t eye popping, an undefeated record is. Even with perfection on the line, Kentucky should handle business. Kentucky 33, Tennessee Tech 16

No. 11 Oklahoma (7-2, 3-2) vs No. 4 Alabama (8-1, 6-0)

One of the weekends two rankned contests between conference teams, Oklahoma and Alabama both are in prime positions for playoff bid with a win.

With the game being on the road for Oklahoma, the Sooners once again get a chance to play road warriors after a big win in Neyland Stadium, yet can they maintain that level of play against a better Alabama team.

Ty Simpson continues his impressive year with the Tide, he has 21 touchdownns to just one interception, good for 2,461 yards over nine games. He may just be the difference Saturday night. Alabama 40, Oklahoma 28

Florida (3-6, 2-4) vs  No. 7 Ole Miss (9-1, 5-1)

Ole Miss inches closer and closer to a playoff berth this season, it has just two more games against Florida and Mississippi State. Before traveling to Starkville for rivalry week, the Rebels look to avoid a repeat of last season's loss in the swamp.

Florida’s schedule has not been an easy one, it has lost the last two games, one against a ranked Georgia team before losing to an unranked Kentucky team.

Trinidad Chambliss’ 13 touchdowns to just his two interceptions have led the way for Lane Kiffin’s squad, now they have to finish the job. Ole Miss 30, Florida 17

No. 10 Texas (7-2, 4-1) vs No. 5 Georgia (8-1, 6-1)

The second ranked matchup from the weekend, two more playoff hopefuls clash in Athens Georgia as Kirby Smart meets Steve Sarkisian.

It’s been an up and down season for both squads, Georgia dropped its only loss at home to Alabama, while Texas has lost to both Florida and Ohio State. Both on the road.

Homefield advantage will be the difference maker on Saturday, despite the tough loss to Alabama, the Bulldogs are a tough team to beat at home.  Georgia 27, Texas 23

Mississippi State (5-5, 1-5) vs Missouri (6-3, 2-3)

Missouri lost its starting quarterback Beau Pribula in the loss against Vanderbilt, since then it suffered the consequence with back to back losses to the Commodores and Texas A&M Aggies.

Mississippi State started the season hot, but lost the momentum during the middle of the season before earning its first and only conference win against Arkansas. Now with Pribula out, the Bulldogs may have a chance to play spoiler on the road.

Matt Zollers fills in for Pribula. Now's the chance for head coach Eli Drinkwitz to prove the team can handle the obstacles. Missouri 26, Mississippi State 15
