The Texas A&M Aggies battle No. 21 Alabama for a crucial conference win and BTHO Breast Cancer Night, fueled by Pryor's scoring and Franchini's recent spark.

The Texas A&M Aggies return to Reed Arena on Sunday night with more than just a conference game on the line.

Texas A&M will host the Alabama Crimson Tide in its annual BTHO Breast Cancer game, with tipoff set for 5 p.m. CT in College Station.

The Aggies enter the matchup at 8-10 overall and are still searching for momentum in SEC play, but recent performances suggest growth on both ends of the floor.

Junior guard Ny'Ceara Pryor continues to be the engine for the Maroon & White. Pryor leads the team at 15.2 points per game while also contributing 6.7 assists, 4.3 rebounds, and an impressive 3.6 steals per contest.

She added another steady outing against No. 3 South Carolina, finishing with 14 points and two steals for her 16th double-figure scoring game of the season.

Another name trending upward is Anita Franchini, who delivered a breakout performance against the Gamecocks.

Franchini posted season highs in points, rebounds, and steals while playing extended minutes, and she’s averaged seven rebounds per game over her last two outings. Her activity on the glass and defensive pressure have added a noticeable spark to the Aggies’ rotation.

Texas A&M has also leaned on the consistency of Janae Kent, who is averaging 9.2 points per game and has appeared in all 18 contests this season.

Kent’s ability to provide scoring support has been critical as the Aggies navigate a challenging SEC slate.

Alabama arrives in College Station at 20-4 overall and near the top of the league standings.

The Crimson Tide are led by Jessica Timmons, who averages 16.3 points and 4.4 rebounds per game. Alabama is coming off a narrow win over No. 13 Ole Miss and will look to improve its road record.

Beyond the on-court action, Sunday’s game carries added significance as fans are encouraged to wear pink and support breast cancer awareness.

With a ranked opponent in town and a meaningful cause at the forefront, Reed Arena is set for an emotional and competitive night of SEC basketball.
