Texas A&M basketball will play 24 games on ESPN-family networks or SEC Network in 2026-27 as Bucky McMillan’s Aggies build on a 22-win season.

Texas A&M basketball will get plenty of national television exposure in 2026-27, with 10 games scheduled for ESPN, ESPN2 or ESPNU and 14 more on SEC Network.

The Aggies also have seven non-conference games set for SEC Network+, giving Bucky McMillan’s program a broad television footprint after a 22-12 season and second-round NCAA Tournament appearance in his first year in College Station.

Texas A&M officially opens SEC play Jan. 2 against Auburn at Reed Arena, with tipoff set for 7:30 p.m. CT on SEC Network.

Several of the Aggies’ biggest conference games will land on ESPN-family channels.

Texas A&M’s home matchups with Arkansas, Tennessee and Vanderbilt are among those slated for ESPN, ESPN2 or ESPNU.

Road games against Florida, Vanderbilt, Texas and Kentucky will also appear across the ESPN family.

The non-conference schedule gives the Aggies some early national exposure as well.

Texas A&M will face Xavier in the Battle 4 Atlantis on Nov. 25 on ESPN2, then host Stanford in the SEC/ACC Challenge on Dec. 2 on ESPNU.

The Aggies will also face Florida State in Houston on Dec. 12 on ESPNU.

The only game still waiting on a finalized tip time and TV assignment is the Nov. 19 road matchup against TCU at Schollmaier Arena in Fort Worth.

One important correction from some early schedule reports: Texas A&M’s Oct. 25 game is an exhibition at SMU, not the regular-season opener.

The Aggies begin the regular season Nov. 3 at home against Alabama State on SEC Network+.

The television schedule comes after McMillan’s first Aggie team quickly established a new identity.

Texas A&M went 22-12, finished 11-7 in SEC play and reached the NCAA Tournament’s second round.

“We want to play fast, play aggressive and put pressure on people,” has been the core of McMillan’s approach since arriving in College Station.

Now the Aggies will get plenty of national windows to show whether that momentum carries into Year 2.
