Texas A&M travels to No. 13 Alabama Saturday looking for a major SEC upset. Here's the kickoff time, TV channel, streaming options and latest betting odds.
Texas A&M football faces one of its toughest challenges of the season Saturday when the Aggies visit No. 13 Alabama in a Southeastern Conference matchup at Bryant-Denny Stadium.
Kickoff is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. CT on Saturday, with national television coverage on ABC.
The Aggies (4-3, 1-3 SEC) are coming off a 41-0 victory over The Citadel, but things get considerably tougher against an Alabama team that's looking to end its own two-game losing streak.
Mike Elko's team needs a signature SEC victory, and knocking off the Crimson Tide on their home field would certainly qualify.
For Texas A&M, offensive consistency remains the biggest concern.
Quarterback Marcel Reed and the Aggies have struggled to generate touchdowns against quality SEC opponents, including a 35-6 loss to LSU and a 27-6 defeat at Missouri.
While A&M's running game has shown flashes behind KJ Edwards and Reed, sustaining drives and finishing in the red zone have been persistent problems.
Alabama, meanwhile, enters at 5-2 overall and 3-2 in conference play after a 26-10 loss to Tennessee.
The Crimson Tide have their own offensive questions, but quarterback Keelon Russell and Alabama's explosive passing attack present a significant challenge.
History also favors the home team.
Alabama leads the all-time series 13-3 and has won the last two meetings, including a 26-20 victory in College Station in 2023.
Texas A&M hasn't won in Tuscaloosa since Johnny Manziel engineered a stunning 29-24 upset in 2012.
Saturday provides another opportunity to change that history.
But for the Aggies to pull off the upset, they'll need their most complete offensive performance of the season while avoiding the turnovers and stalled possessions that have damaged their SEC campaign.
