Houston Texans defensive end Will Anderson Jr. recently opened up about working out with Garrett during the offseason, describing the experience as a "once-in-a-lifetime opportunity."
"It’s been great. I've learned so much from Myles, just his work ethic, how he takes care of his body, what he eats, what he does during his off time, and making sure he’s ready for the season," Anderson said at the Texans' preseason game against the Raiders. "He’s been like a big brother to me, and it’s been great."
