We know that Arch will go high in the NFL Draft, but where is a topic of discussion.
The 2026 college football season for Texas Longhorns fans will be all about how Arch Manning progresses in what will be his final year in college.
After a shaky start in 2025, Arch grew into the season to the point where he was the leader many thought he would become.
Now, were there growing pains? Sure. But there were also great moments from the star quarterback.
As the draft has come and gone, you could make the case that Arch's stock is already solidified a year in advance. Several mock drafts have already come out, yes, already, and as expected, Manning doesn't last long on the board.

We have seen Arch go to the New York Jets high, but he's never been the No. 1 pick, at least in the mock drafts I've seen...until now.
CBS Sports' Mike Renner has dropped his 2027 mock draft, and at No. 1, he's got Arch going to the Arizona Cardinals.
"It's inevitable," Renner wrote. "The next-generation Manning is going high in the draft. No one wants to be the GM who passes on a Arch Manning, especially when the alternative is Carson Beck. Manning came on strong down the stretch in 2025 after a rocky start. If he maintains that level of play for a full season, you can put his name down in ink at No. 1 overall."
Heading to Arizona, who will have Jeremiyah Love as Mannings' running mate, not to mention Trey McBride, Michael Wilson, and Marvin Harrison Jr. as his top weapons, that isn't a bad place to land.
So, it won't be as if the cupboard is completely bare if Manning heads to the NFC West.
Of course, as it stands, that is a brutal division with the Seattle Seahawks, Los Angeles Rams, and San Francisco 49ers.
As odd as it sounds, the 2026 college season might not move the needle that much on Manning at all. Of course, if he bombs out, yeah, but for most, the dye has already been cast.
It is just a matter of Arch confirming what most already know.
That he'll be one of the top picks in the NFL Draft.
