Transferring from Pittsburgh, Biles is a name NFL teams will be watching closely this upcoming college season.
For the Texas Longhorns entering the new college season, most eyes are going to be on offense with Arch Manning at quarterback and Cam Coleman as his No. 1 receiver.
Both are expected to be at the pointy end of the conversation when it comes to high draft picks, but we also shouldn't forget the Longhorns have some defensive studs, too.
And one might be getting a lot of attention as he makes the move from Pittsburgh to Texas, and that's linebacker Rasheem Biles.
With the Longhorns seeing Anthony Hill Jr. be drafted, a spot opened up on defense, and it is one that will be filled by Biles, and fans are excited about what the now former Pittsburgh ace can do.
He is coming off his best-ever college season in 2025, posting a whopping 17.5 tackles for loss, 4.5 sacks, 101 combined tackles, two interceptions (both returned for TDs), a fumble recovery (also went for a TD), and two forced fumbles.
So, there isn't much that Biles can't do.
Now he comes to Texas looking to stake his claim as the best linebacker in college football, and it appears that, before a snap has even been played, some draft experts think that could already be the case.
ESPN's Matt Miller and Jordan Reid gave their top five linebackers in college ahead of the new season, and Miller had Biles at No. 1, while Reid had him at No. 2.

So, it is clear that draft experts view Biles as a menace on defense, and one who can be the glue that holds a unit together.
An athletic monster, Biles has burning speed and is a sideline-to-sideline runner who loves making plays.
According to experts, he thrives in all aspects of defense, whether blitzing, dropping back into coverage, or creating turnovers.
All traits that should hold him in good stead for the NFL.
So while all eyes are on Manning and the offense this upcoming season, don't sleep on this Texas defense that could be led by Biles as he looks to hit the ground running as a Longhorn.
